Cozy KDS is an option module for a restaurant business to use for an efficient kitchen management. It can be used as kitchen display unit by connecting to large display screen or use it on any Android tablet or Windows system directly.

Cozy Signage is a digital display solution for any type of restaurant or retail outlet. Digital display screens are connected with mini computers which are on the local network to display the advertisement or promotional images on each screen as per the predefined schedule.

Cloud based management module can be used to manage multiple outlets and multiple screens in each outlet. One can schedule image or videos on each screen and deploy the new images or videos through cloud portal. It makes it easier to display the promotions efficiently without having to coordinate with local outlet manger for the same.

Cozy Shelf Label is a useful solution for a retail outlet especially when the product price changes more frequently. It is an excellent solution for vegetable retail chains or meat outlet chains.

When the product price is updated from a remote warehouse for all the outlets the price change will propagate to respective outlets through CozyERP software. At the same time, the shelf labels can be printed by a local printer for the products whose prices are changed. Labels can be printed by any professional label printers, Inkjet printers or receipt printers.

Without having to use separate printer for labels, same receipt printer can be used to print the shelf labels. Labels can be designed as per the need and they can be inserted into price display pouches fixed to vegetable baskets or shelves.

Cozy Ordering is an online ordering or mobile ordering solution for a retail or restaurant outlets. Business that use COZY POS and CozyERP can subscribe to this module to enable online ordering through the custom URL specific to the business. This can be used for single outlet or multiple outlets.

When the order is placed online by a customer the order information will be pushed to respective outlets through CozyERP software and same will be added to the order queue by printing to the kitchen directly and sending alerts to outlet manager. Customer can track the order status from his mobile or web account. Online orders can be of Take Away or delivery type and payment can be done at the time of ordering or at the time of delivery.

Cozy Reservations is on online reservation solution that can be used for restaurant table reservation or appointment booking for a Salon. Customer can reserve through web page of a restaurant or salon. Once the reservation request is submitted to an outlet the customer will receive mobile and email alerts. Similar alerts will be received when the reservation confirmed as well.

Cozy Loyalty is a point based customer loyalty solution through COZY POS software. COZY POS will also support integrations through external loyalty software solutions which are more advanced.
